IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:
* All vendors must be set up by 10:00 a.m.
* All vehicles must be moved away from booth spaces to the parking area promptly
upon setup.
*Vendors will not be allowed to sale any type of beverage.
* There will be $10.00 charge for booth space.
* If you require electricity, please notify ahead of time.
The Olla Homecoming Committee will not require vendors to carry Individual
insurance coverage. However, it is recommended that vendors do carry some type
of coverage for liability protection. The vendors, by signing this application, agree to
hold the festival and related events HARMLESS and BLAMELESS for any claims
made by any party due to any products sold by vendor. By sending this waiver you
are agreeing to all terms and regulations.

Town Hall, Olla Louisiana or by mail to:
