The Dixie Center

The Dixie Community Center is located at 2976 Front Street in downtown Olla. The center at an adjoining outdoor courtyard provide a beautiful setting for local events and is available for rent for various activities such a s receptions, showers, parties and business meetings. The Center is open Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am – 4 pm daily for adults.

Downtown Homecoming is an event held at the center and courtyard each fall featuring all day entertainment, arts, crafts, food, children’s activities, history family and friendship.

Rental Options for the Dixie Center:

Indoor – $125.00 deposit with a $50.00 refund
Outdoor Courtyard – $50.00 deposit with a $25.00 refund (no access to restroom facilities)
Indoor and Outdoor Courtyard – $175.00 deposit with a $75.00 refund

Both areas include the use of tables and chair. Indoor rental includes the use of a full kitchen and restroom facilities, accommodating approximately 50-75 seated. A limited amount of additional tables and chairs are available upon advance request. Tablecloths and chair covers must be rented from an alternate location. Cleanup is the responsibility of the renter. Handicap accessibility is provided through the back entrance of the building. When you rent the space for a day you will have access to the space for 24 hours unless other arrangements are made in advance. Outdoor music must end by midnight. All items brought into the space must be removed by 8 am the next morning or sooner, unless previously negotiated. The rental agreement outlines the requirements for rental of the facilities. Arrangements are possible for any combination of days or special accommodations.
